I have a wealth of experience as a freelance Xero consultant working with small business and with GP Practices. Migrating to Xero, running Xero training courses and offering Xero support. I managed the Cloud business for an accountancy practice acting as Chief Operating Officer, creating a vision and implementing procedures, finding the best way forward in the most efficient way. Planning and delivering ensuring success and building confidence.

I have worked with a variety of businesses, from London street food companies to construction companies, GP Practices to Private Practice, not forgetting accountancy practices. I'm at my best introducing procedures, implementing best practice for daily and weekly management of finance procedures, bookkeeping and everything Xero. Troubleshooting ... I love it! Onboarding clients to Xero ... Love it!

GP Practice Finance is a niche in itself, and I have 14 plus years of experience in delivering effective GP Finance Practice management and training:
from managing payroll to PPA returns
drug stock control to tradeshift
IRIS to Xero
drawings to management reporting
not forgetting open exeter, pensions and PCSE
resolving problems and finding answers and onboarding to the Xero cloud
the complexities of GP Practice land, PCNs and NHS finances

I have 13 years experience within the IT industry as a programmer analyst and an IT Programming manager, gaining excellent time management skills and growing that analyst mindset. Once you have it you always have it, seeking to find more efficient ways of working and solving problems.

I am a certified Master NLP Practitioner, breaking through limiting beliefs and believing in you!
